Keith McIntyre, trading as Truly Madly Digital, is the controller of personal information collected through this website. I am a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

When you use the site	Limited technical information that web servers normally process, such as IP address, browser, pages requested and date/time.	To deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. This is based on my legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and working properly.	In line with the website host’s standard log-retention period.
If you accept analytics	Online identifiers and usage information, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser and how you arrived at the site.	To understand how the site is used and improve it. This is based on your consent.	Google Analytics data is set to be retained for 14 months.

I do not ask for special-category information through this site. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a general enquiry unless it is necessary.

Who receives your information?

I do not sell your information or use it to send marketing emails. I use suppliers that help run the site and receive enquiries, including the website hosting provider, email provider and Google Analytics (only if you consent). They process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise required by law.

Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, I rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data-protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, where required.
