A different kind of support

You deal with the person doing the work.

I’m Keith. I’ve worked with WordPress full time for more than a decade, looking after websites, solving problems and helping businesses make the most of them.

When you join a support plan, I’m the person who gets to know your website, carries out the updates and replies when you need help. There is no account manager, helpdesk hand-off or mystery developer in the background.

That means fewer explanations, clearer decisions and a website that gets thoughtful attention—not a rushed, one-size-fits-all process.

Simple monthly support

Choose the level of care your site needs.

Both plans are on a rolling monthly basis and include direct access to me.

Why ongoing care matters

Quietly keeping problems away from your customers.

WordPress, themes and plugins all need regular attention. Leaving updates too long can create security risks; applying them without checking can create a different kind of problem.

I take a considered approach: maintain, monitor, back up and investigate issues before they become the kind of emergency that disrupts your business.

Questions & answers

Good to know before we start.

Will I be tied into a long contract?

No. Both plans run on a 30-day rolling basis. I want the service to earn its place every month.

What counts as a small change?

Things such as amending copy, swapping images, adding a blog post or making a minor layout adjustment. Larger work is always discussed and agreed before I start.

Can you support an existing WordPress website?

Yes. I’ll first take a look at its current setup so I can make sure the right plan and any initial tidy-up are clear from the outset.

Do I need to move my website or hosting?

No. You can keep your existing website and hosting if you prefer—I can support it where it is. If moving makes sense, hosting is included for most websites. However, higher-traffic websites, online shops and more complex setups may need specialist hosting. I’ll explain the options and agree the right arrangement with you before anything changes.

What happens when I first join a plan?

I’ll review the current setup, make sure I have the right access and check for anything that needs attention before ongoing maintenance begins. If the website needs initial repair work, I’ll explain and agree that with you first.

What if an update causes a problem?

Updates are backed up and checked carefully. If something unexpected happens, I’ll investigate it and use the available backups to get the website back to a stable position.

Do you support WooCommerce websites?

Yes. Online shops and websites with more complex integrations may need a tailored plan because they need a little more care and testing.

What happens if my website needs urgent help?

Get in touch directly. I’ll assess the issue and explain the sensible next step as quickly as I can.
